How Things Got Started

Graves Construction was founded in 2015 by Jasmine and Anthony Graves. Leveraging their complementary experience in the Engineering and Human Resources, they sought to build a construction company that truly focuses on the customer experience from concept to completion. Recognizing the traditional bid-build-bill model was outdated, rigid and lacked creativity, they designed a client life cycle experience that begins with a dedicated and professional staff that client-partners can engage with, challenge and collaborate on throughout the entire project lifecycle. As a women owned business enterprise, Graves Construction prides itself on being an industry leader in diversity and inclusion.
